Privacy Policy

How CompliantMine collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

Last updated: 13 August 2026

Notice. This policy is a draft for the CompliantMine MVP launch.

This Privacy Policy explains how CompliantMine (“CompliantMine”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through compliantmine.com (the “Site”). It applies to visitors of the Site and to people who request early access. The Site is a pre-launch marketing site; it is not the CompliantMine application.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is CompliantMine, based in the Netherlands. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us through the form on our website.

2. What data we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the early-access form, we collect your first and last name, work email address, company, role, and any message you choose to add. These fields are used solely to respond to your request.

Information collected automatically

3. Cookies and analytics

We use a single essential mechanism (browser local storage) to remember your cookie choice and your language preference. We do not load analytics cookies until you accept them in the cookie banner. We use Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode; analytics storage stays denied until you opt in, and you can decline without losing any functionality. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s storage in your browser, which will make the banner appear again.

4. Why we use your data and our legal basis

PurposeLegal basis (GDPR)
Responding to early-access requests and contacting you about the productSteps taken at your request prior to entering an agreement, and our legitimate interest in developing the product
Measuring and improving the Site with analyticsYour consent
Keeping the Site secure and operationalOur legitimate interest in security

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site:

These providers act as our processors under contract. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Early-access submissions are kept for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your interest, and then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us through the form on our website. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

8. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
