These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CompliantMine website at compliantmine.com (the “Site”), operated by CompliantMine, based in the Netherlands. By using the Site or submitting the early-access form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The Site and early access
The Site is a pre-launch marketing website for CompliantMine, environmental compliance software for mining operators. The product is under active development and is offered on an early-access basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or the early-access programme at any time, and we do not guarantee that the product will become generally available or that any specific feature will ship.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract and are using it for business or professional purposes. By requesting early access you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of your organisation.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malicious code;
- scrape, harvest, or misuse data or content from the Site; or
- submit false information or another person’s details without authorisation.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the CompliantMine name and brand, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our permission, except as allowed by law.
5. Your submissions
Information you submit through the Site (such as the early-access form) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.
6. No professional advice
Content on the Site about compliance, permits, ESIA, ISO 14001, and related topics is provided for general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, or professional compliance advice, and it does not replace the judgement of qualified professionals. Do not rely on it for regulatory decisions.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
